No. Clients pay into your own Stripe account, and you’re the merchant. Holicoach’s fee is taken as a Stripe application fee on each payment, and your payments page shows every fee. If you refund a payment, we refund our share. If you lose a dispute, we refund our fee on that charge.

Yes. Clients open their invitation on their phone and add Holicoach to their home screen, with your name and logo. Check-ins, workouts, meals and messages work there, and reminders arrive by email or as a notification. There is nothing to download from an app store.

Yes, at any time and at no cost. Download everything as a ZIP of JSON and CSV files from your account: clients, check-ins, plans, messages, payments and settings. You don’t need to contact us. If you close your account, export first; your clients keep their own history in their own accounts.

Payouts go through Stripe to coaches in 43 countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway and every EU country. Clients can pay from anywhere Stripe accepts their card. You see your payout currency before you set prices.

No. Holicoach never gives medication advice, and neither do our AI drafts, which are checked for it before you see them. The GLP-1 module supports habits: protein, strength training and meal structure. Anything about the medication itself goes to the client's prescriber. Coaches agree to this when they switch the module on.

They see clear next steps straight away. Answers that match red flags, such as vomiting that won’t stop or severe stomach pain, show the client how to contact their prescriber or urgent care, and you get an urgent flag at the same time. No AI draft is made for that client until you’ve reviewed it.

When you’re ready to plan a client’s next week, click Draft next week. Holicoach drafts the plan and a note from their last four check-ins, their current plan and your constraints. You edit, approve or reject it; nothing reaches the client without your approval. Drafts are blocked if they mention medication, name conditions or promise results, and clients choose whether drafts can use their check-ins.
