The service
Holicoach is coaching software for independent coaches and their clients, and a library of general guides. It is not a medical service. Nothing on Holicoach is medical advice.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or over. Clients join by a coach's invitation, or through an enquiry that a coach has accepted.
Coaches
- Coaches are independent professionals, responsible for their coaching and for the services and prices they offer.
- Coaches must not advise on medication. Coaches who use the GLP-1 module agree to this when they switch it on.
- Coaches must keep two-step sign-in on, and keep their clients' information confidential.
- Fees: the software is free. Holicoach takes 1% of what clients pay through it each month after the first $500, capped at $49, and a finder's fee on clients it introduces, as shown in the app before any payment. Stripe charges card processing separately.
Clients
- You agree your plan and price with your coach, and pay them through Holicoach.
- Tell your coach, and your prescriber, about any symptom that worries you. If the app tells you to contact your prescriber or urgent care, please do.
Your data
You own your data. You can download it, or delete your account, at any time. See the privacy policy.
