What coaches pay to take payments on Holicoach
Short answer
Clients pay you through your own Stripe account. Stripe charges card processing at its rates. Holicoach takes 1% of what you collect each month after the first $500, and never more than $49 a month. On clients Holicoach brings you, a finder's fee of 20%, then 10%, applies for their first year, then stops.

The finder's fee
Only on clients who found you through Holicoach and pay you through it. For a client paying $150 a month:
- Months 1–3: 20%, $30 a month
- Months 4–12: 10%, $15 a month
- From month 13: nothing
If the client stops paying, the fee stops too. Clients you bring yourself never carry it.

Holicoach pays out through Stripe to coaches in 43 countries. Clients can pay from anywhere Stripe accepts their card.

Who charges the card processing fee?
Stripe does, directly to your own Stripe account, at its rates for your country. Holicoach’s fees are separate and listed on every payment in your payments page.
What happens to fees when I refund a client?
Holicoach returns its fees on the refunded amount. Stripe’s own fees on refunds follow Stripe’s terms for your account.
Does the cap include finder’s fees?
No. The $49 cap covers the payments fee. Finder's fees apply only to clients Holicoach brought you, for their first 12 months, and sit outside the cap.
