For coaches
Free coaching software: what’s really free
Short answer
Most free coaching plans limit clients: Trainerize to 1, Everfit to 5 and QuickCoach to 20. Holicoach has no client limit and no software fee. It earns 1% of client payments after the first $500 each month, capped at $49, plus a finder's fee only on clients it brings you.

What to check before you choose
- The client limit. What happens on the day you sign client number 6 or 21?
- Payments. Is taking payments included, an add-on, or missing?
- Nutrition. Are meal plans included, or a separate add-on?
- Leaving. Can you export everything, any time, at no cost?
- Specialist clients. If you coach people on GLP-1 medication, is there a safety screen and support for low appetite?
