Short answer
Functional nutrition coaches work on the root habits behind how a client feels: food, sleep, stress, movement and digestion. Holicoach gives you a weekly check-in with your own questions, daily habits clients tick, meal structure and recipes, and messages, in one client app. Lab work and anything clinical stays with the client’s doctor.
What your clients bring
- Low energy, poor sleep and afternoon crashes they can’t explain
- Bloating and irregular digestion that change with what and when they eat
- A long history of diets, and a lot of conflicting advice
- Lab results from their doctor they want to understand in everyday terms
Your week in Holicoach
Every client fills in the same one-minute check-in each week. Add your own questions after it, and daily habits they tick on their phone. You see their answers over time, the habits’ 7-day hit rate, and a review queue that puts whoever needs you first at the top.

Frequently asked
Can I track symptoms in Holicoach?
You can ask about them. Add your own questions to the weekly check-in, such as energy, sleep or digestion on a 1–5 scale, and see each client’s answers over time. Holicoach records what clients report; it doesn’t interpret symptoms or suggest causes.
Does Holicoach have lab ordering or a supplement dispensary?
No. Holicoach is coaching software for the weeks between sessions: check-ins, habits, food structure, plans and messages. Lab tests and supplements stay with you and the client’s doctor, outside Holicoach.
How do clients pay for a 12-week program?
Set it up as a package with your own price, paid by card into your own Stripe account, or as a monthly subscription. Holicoach shows every fee before you publish it.
