Holicoach has two plans, and neither charges per client. Free costs $0 a month: when clients pay you through Holicoach, we keep 2% of what they pay. Pro costs $59 a month or $590 a year and takes 0% of client payments; it opens soon, the founding price for the first 100 coaches, kept for as long as they stay (regular price $79). Pro costs less once clients pay you more than $2,950 a month. If we bring you a client, a finder's fee applies to that client only: 15% of that client's payments for their first 3 months, then nothing on Free. Stripe charges card processing separately.

What does Holicoach cost?
Nothing until your clients pay you. Every feature is free at any client count. On Free, we keep 2% of what clients pay you through Holicoach, with no monthly price. Pro is $59 a month ($590 a year) (founding price, regular $79) and takes nothing from client payments. If we bring you a client, a finder's fee applies to that client only. Card processing is charged by Stripe, separately.
Free or Pro: which costs me less?
Pro costs less once clients pay you more than $2,950 in a month: 2% of that is $59, Pro's monthly price (founding price, regular $79). Below it, Free costs less. Your payments page shows each month which would have left you more, so you can switch when it pays to.
Is there a contract, a setup fee or a price per client?
No. Neither plan charges per client, and there's no contract and no setup fee. The branded client app, the AI drafts and the GLP-1 module are included on both. Pro can be cancelled from your settings, with your first payment back within 60 days.
When does Pro open?
Soon. It opens to 100 founding coaches first, at $59 a month or $590 a year, a price they keep for as long as they stay. After that, Pro is $79 a month. Until then, every coach can start on Free and switch later.
When do you charge a finder's fee?
Only when a client finds you through Holicoach and starts paying. On Free we take 15% of that client's payments for their first 3 months, then nothing; on Pro, 10% for the same months. After 3 months it ends for that client. If the client stops paying, the fee stops too. Clients you bring yourself never carry a finder's fee, and your payments page shows which clients it applies to.
Do my clients pay a fee to Holicoach?
No. Clients pay the price you set, into your own Stripe account. Our fee comes out of the payment, and you see it on every payment along with Stripe’s card fee and what you keep.
What does Stripe charge?
Stripe charges its own card processing fee on each payment, at the rate for your Stripe account and country. It goes to Stripe, not to us. Your payments page shows it on every payment and for the month.
What happens to your fee if I refund a client?
We return our fee on the amount you refund, in part or in full, and on a dispute you lose. Refunds are made from your payments page.
Can I export my data and leave?
Yes, at any time and at no cost. Download everything as a ZIP of JSON and CSV files from your account. On Free there is nothing to cancel; Pro is cancelled from your settings.
