Short answer
Export your client list from your current app as a CSV and upload it to Holicoach. Only names and email addresses are read. You choose the day each group is invited, nothing goes out before then, and each client creates their own account. Programs come over with the program import; history stays in your old app.
Four steps
- Export there. A CSV of your clients from your current app (where to click is below).
- Import here. Upload it under Clients, then Bring clients over. You see who’s ready, who’s a duplicate and why.
- Invite on your switch day. Up to four send days; invitations go at 9:00 your time, with your own note.
- Set prices and connect Stripe. Clients pay you through your own Stripe account.
From Trainerize
- Where to click
- In Clients, pick the list (pending, active or deactivated), select everyone (tick the box at the top, then "Select all"), and press Export.
- What the export holds
- First name, last name, email, phone number and trainer name.
- What Holicoach reads
- First name, last name and email. Phone and trainer are left out.
- What doesn’t come over
- Trainerize says the CSV has no client history, programs or training progress.

From TrueCoach
- Where to click
- On your client list press Export. The Client Info Report arrives by email as a CSV. Archived clients are a separate list: open it and export again if you need them.
- What the export holds
- Names, email, compliance score, workouts completed, birthday, location, time zone, phone, client type and state, height, weight, unit preference and gender.
- What Holicoach reads
- First name, last name and email. Everything else, height, weight and gender included, is left out and never stored.
- What doesn’t come over

- What the export holds
- Your sheet’s columns.
- What Holicoach reads
- First name, last name and email. Category and send-invite are left out.
- What doesn’t come over
- The upload has no programs or history; bring programs over with the program import.

- What the export holds
- Whatever columns you choose.
- What Holicoach reads
- Names and email addresses only. Card details and every other column are left out.
- What doesn’t come over
- Stripe subscriptions don’t move between apps: clients subscribe again through Holicoach’s checkout, into your own Stripe account.

- An email from you on the day you chose, with your note and a link that works once, for 30 days.
- Their own account, their own consent choices, and with the GLP-1 pack, the safety questions first.
- Their week: sessions with pictures and your cues, meals, the weekly check-in, and messages with you.

Bring your clients overFrequently asked
Can I move my clients to Holicoach?
Yes. Export your client list from your current app as a CSV, upload it to Holicoach, check the list, and choose the day each client is invited. Holicoach reads only names and email addresses. Each client creates their own account and gives their own consent.
Does my clients’ history come over?
No. Workout logs, check-ins and messages stay in your old app; history in Holicoach starts with each client’s first check-in. Save anything you want to keep before you close the old account.
Can I bring my programs?
Yes. Under Programs, choose Import a program and upload it as a PDF, text, CSV or screenshot, up to 5 MB. Holicoach’s AI reads it into a draft program, matched to your exercise library, and lists anything it couldn’t match. Names, emails and phone numbers in text files are taken out first. Nothing goes to a client until you’ve checked it.
What about payments and subscriptions?
No app can hand saved cards or running subscriptions to another. Connect your Stripe account (one you already have, or a new one), create your offers, and give each client's renewal date on the old app: Holicoach emails them a link 7 days before, and their first payment here falls on that day. Then cancel the old subscription, so nobody pays twice. On Free, Holicoach takes 2% of payments; on Pro, nothing.
Will you do it for me?
Send your exported files to support@holicoach.com and we’ll set up the import with you within 2 business days, free. We never ask for your logins to another app.
Can I run both while I switch?
Yes. Pick a send day for each group of clients, so they hear from you when you’re ready, and keep the old app until the last group has joined.
