Is Holicoach cheaper than Practice Better?
While you're small, yes: with 10 clients paying $150 a month, Holicoach costs $30 and Practice Better's Starter plan $35. At 25 clients they're close: $59 on Holicoach, $69 on Professional. Holicoach costs nothing in a month when no client pays you.
Does Holicoach do charting or session notes?
No. Holicoach keeps each client’s check-ins, answers to your questions, habits, plans and messages in one place, but it has no clinical notes, SOAP templates or AI scribe. If you chart as a licensed clinician, an EHR such as Practice Better fits better.
Is Holicoach HIPAA compliant?
Holicoach isn’t an EHR and doesn’t sign HIPAA business associate agreements. Coaching data is stored in the EU under GDPR, coaches sign in with two steps, sensitive actions go to an audit log, and everyone can export or delete their data. If you bill insurance or work inside a HIPAA-covered practice, use an EHR.
Can I move my clients from Practice Better?
Yes. Export your client list as a spreadsheet and upload it to Holicoach’s client import; only names and email addresses are read, and you choose the day each client is invited. Each client creates their own account and gives their own consent. Notes, forms and journals stay where they are.
