Healthie is an EHR and telehealth platform for clinicians: charting, scheduling, video, insurance claims and journals, from $19.99 a month (Core, 10 active clients). Holicoach is coaching software for the weeks between sessions: check-ins, habits, plans and messages, free with 2% of client payments or $59 a month flat (founding price, regular $79). Healthie’s software costs less once you have more than a handful of paying clients; Holicoach costs nothing until clients pay you.

Frequently asked
Is Holicoach cheaper than Healthie?
Only while you're small. With 5 clients paying $150 a month, Holicoach costs $15 and Healthie's Core plan $19.99. At 25 clients, Healthie's Essentials plan ($49.99) costs less than Holicoach ($59). Healthie's payments carry 2.9% + $0.30 a transaction; on Holicoach you pay Stripe's own card rate.
Can I bill insurance with Holicoach?
No. Holicoach takes card payments for packages and subscriptions through your own Stripe account. It has no superbills, claims or CMS-1500 forms. If you bill insurance, Healthie or another EHR is the better fit.
Is Holicoach HIPAA compliant?
Holicoach isn’t an EHR and doesn’t sign HIPAA business associate agreements. Coaching data is stored in the EU under GDPR, coaches sign in with two steps, sensitive actions go to an audit log, and everyone can export or delete their data. If you work inside a HIPAA-covered practice, use an EHR.
Can I move my clients from Healthie?
Yes. Export your client list as a spreadsheet and upload it to Holicoach’s client import; only names and email addresses are read, and you choose the day each client is invited. Each client creates their own account and gives their own consent. Charts and journals stay where they are.
